Rules
To promote a safe trading environment for all members, we have rules and policies that are enforced. Our policies are intended to:
 Support government laws and regulations
 Minimize risks to buyers
 Protect intellectual property rights
 Provide an enjoyable buying experience

Payment and Pricing
We accept only personal checks and cash on delivery.
Exact amount is required and all the charges are in Hong Kong Dollars.

Privacy and Security
All the personal information collected is for research and delivery only. Information will not be disclosed unless we have your permission.

Products
Each product page gives a 'usually ships' time which is an indicator (not a guarantee) on how long it will take us to ship your order.
If an item is out of stock with us at the time of your order, we will place an order from our suppliers. We keep in close contact with our suppliers and place orders with most of them on a daily basis.
If your order status is 'Special Order' then you can rest assured that the utmost is being done to acquire your item, though delays may occur if the item is out of stock with the suppliers.
Your payment card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We ship orders 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
New Release Products
We aim to despatch new release products 1-2 working days before the release date in order for you to receive them on the date of release.
Prices may change prior to the release date. We will ensure that your order is amended before it is shipped to the current price displayed on the site.
Limited Products
On some occasions, goods can be limited to a small number of copies. Products will state "one copy per customer". Any orders placed for multiple copies will be amended to one copy. We will also cancel orders that are placed separately for the same item. This is in the interests of fairness for all of our customers. This generally applies to 7" singles as they are frequently produced in small numbers.
Signed Products
We are happy to offer products that are signed by the artist(s). Unfortunately the number of copies are always very limited which means we cannot guarantee that every customer will receive the signed version. In these instances, orders are selected on a random basis.
It is advisable to order these limited items individually as other products in your order may cause a delay.
Please be aware that multiple orders/copies for signed goods may not be completely fulfilled and the quantities may be changed. This is in the interests of fairness and makes the chance of receiving a signed copy as equal as possible for all of our customers.

General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item or you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online return system and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
